Buchalter’s commitment to community has been a core value since our founding in 1933. We believe that client service goes hand-in-hand with public service, and are often recognized for our support of myriad charities, large and small. Our efforts demonstrate the triumphs that can be accomplished through direct engagement with the community and the entities in those communities that provide assistance their constituents require.

Buchalter participates in a student work program with Verbum Dei High School in Los Angeles and Immaculate Conception Academy in San Francisco. Students from disadvantaged neighborhoods work at the Firm while earning school credit and learning how to successfully conduct themselves in a professional environment. All of our work program students complete high school, and many of them attend college.
