Biography

Erin Welsh is an Associate and a member of the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s San Francisco office. She has extensive experience in both trial and appellate courts, and in representing clients in mediation. Her litigation experience includes real property matters, trade secret disputes, intellectual property matters, municipal tort liability and financial institutions litigation. In addition, she volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and is a member of the Los Angeles County Women’s Bar Association.

Ms. Welsh earned her J.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2005, and her B.A., magna cum laude, at the University of California, San Diego, where she studied Urban Studies and Planning and Literature.
