Nancy K. Swift is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Scottsdale office where she represents clients in matters involving labor and employment, real estate, defamation, intellectual property, commercial disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, creditors' rights, banking and general contract matters. Her litigation experience includes financial institutions, antitrust, securities, administrative law and trade regulation. She also has extensive experience in environmental, products liability and construction litigation.
Prior to settling in Arizona, Ms. Swift worked for the national law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, D.C. She later served as a Special Trial Counsel in the General Counsel's office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission also in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Swift's association memberships include Board of Directors, Boys and Girls' Club of Greater Scottsdale and Board of Directors, North Scottsdale Little League. Ms. Swift was listed in Arizona Business Magazine's Top Lawyers List in the area of Labor and Employment.
She received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and French from Tufts University and earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Ms. Swift is fluent in French.
