Biography
Anthony J. Napolitano is an Associate in the Insolvency and Financial Solutions Practice Group. He represents and advises financial institutions, creditor committees, unsecured creditors, lessors and debtors in various aspects of financial restructuring and bankruptcy related matters. He has represented clients in a variety of restructuring situations involving commercial real estate, retail, manufacturing, energy, hospitality and transportation related bankruptcies. In addition, Mr. Napolitano has experience representing parties in bankruptcy litigation involving fraudulent transfers, preferences, lender liability, successor liability and nondischargeable debts.     Mr. Napolitano earned his J.D. cum laude at Loyola Law School in 2003 and his B.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Economics at Loyola Marymount University in 1997.
