Biography

Glenn P. Zwang is a Shareholder in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Among his clients are Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, major real estate companies, corporate officers and directors, small- to medium-sized businesses, and high-wealth individuals. Mr. Zwang counsels clients on how to minimize risk and avoid litigation by analyzing their options early on, and works with clients to craft creative business solutions to difficult problems. When a case must be litigated, Mr. Zwang has an outstanding and extensive track record of success in jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

    Mr. Zwang earned his J.D. at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1983 and his B.A. at the University of California, Los Angeles in 1979. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California
