Biography
Julie Simer is a Shareholder in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. She represents many types of health care businesses, with particular emphasis on hospitals and health systems.

Ms. Simer has significant experience with issues related to the operational challenges facing the health care industry, including:

Ms. Simer serves on the Orange Coast College Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a member of the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Health Care Compliance Association, the Arizona Association of Health Care Lawyers, and Women in Health Administration of Southern California. Ms. Simer is the former Chair of the Health Law Committee of the State Bar of California’s Business Law Section and Co-Chair of the Contracting Committee of the American Health Lawyers Association ACO Task Force.
