Biography
Brooke Ledger is an Associate in the Firm’s Health Care Practice Group in Orange County. Ms. Ledger specializes in federal and state health care regulations such as the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Her experience includes in-house legal services for a publicly-traded hospital system, health care regulatory matters, physician/provider agreements, and policies and procedures regarding compliance-related topics, such as security of protected health information and appropriate compensation of potential referral sources. Ms. Ledger also has experience in managing and overseeing health care related litigation.
