THREE NEW SHAREHOLDERS JOIN BUCHALTER NEMER 
                     Two join the Los Angeles office, one signs on in Orange County

Los Angeles, May 23, 2007-  Buchalter Nemer added three new Shareholders this month, continuing its plans for firm-wide expansion in all offices. The new Shareholders are Steven Brower, John L. Hosack and Lawrence B. Steinberg. All have substantial trial and appellate business litigation experience.

Steven Brower, who joined the firm’s Orange County office from Theodora Oringher Miller & Richman, is an expert on business insurance coverage issues and computer technology, in addition to matters related to real estate and general business litigation, which he handles regularly.

John L. Hosack, who is joining the Los Angeles office from Jeffer Mangels Butler and Marmaro, specializes in real estate and financial institutions litigation. His practice dovetails precisely with Buchalter Nemer’s premier Bank and Finance and Real Estate practices.

Lawrence Steinberg, who joined the Los Angeles office from Gilchrist and Rutter, has litigated dozens of bench and jury trials issues representing private equity and venture capital firms, entertainment and advertising industry clients, and major businesses on issues as diverse as Lanham Act, securities and RICO violations, theft of intellectual property and class actions defense.

The firm also recently added twelve new associates across all offices, including two in Phoenix and one in Los Angeles this month.
