Buchalter Nemer Represents Union Bank of California in $17.1 Million Credit Facility

September 14, 2006 - Buchalter Nemer represented the Commercial Finance Division of Union Bank of California in the structuring, negotiation and closing of a $17.1 million senior secured revolving credit facility to Westin Automotive Products.

Westin Automotive Products, a manufacturer and distributor of after-market truck parts and accessories, has been in business for more than 30 years. The company is headquartered in Irwindale, CA. Its manufacturing facility is located in St. James, MN.
