and closing of a $13.2 million senior secured revolving and term loan
facility to Champion Irrigation, LLC, Champion-Arrowhead, LLC and
Arrowhead Brass Products, LLC.
Champion Irrigation, LLC is a
leading provider of sprinklers, actuators, valves and other irrigation
products based in El Monte, California and the financing was obtained
in order to acquire the outstanding equity of Arrowhead Brass Products,
LLC, a leading manufacturer of high quality, rough brass plumbing
valves and wall hydrants based in Los Angeles, California. California
