Alexander P. Hamilton joins
the firm as a Shareholder in San Francisco with substantial commercial
real estate experience. His practice encompasses leasing, purchases and

Ann Marie
Anderson, who joins the firm as Senior Counsel in Phoenix, has
extensive transactional experience in development, construction, luxury
resort properties, commercial leasing, and purchases and sales. Ms.
Anderson has also been involved in venture capital finance and new
markets tax credit transactions.
