Immigration group joins firm's San Francisco and Scottsdale office

August 19, 2008 Los Angeles - Buchalter Nemer is adding an immigration practice to its Labor and Employment Practice Group, the Firm announced today. Attorneys Addie Hogan and Suhi Koizumi are joining the firm in its Scottsdale, Arizona, and San Francisco offices, respectively. The two lawyers, who have a busy global business immigration practice, are also bringing with them four professional support staff—an immigration paralegal, an immigration legal assistant, an immigration specialist and a law clerk. 

Hogan and Koizumi represent clients ranging from large corporations to start-ups and small companies in all areas of business immigration—labor certifications; H-1B and other non-immigrant visa petitions for intra-company transferees NAFTA professionals; immigrant visa petitions, global work permits, residence permits, entry visas and immigration documentation.
