Simon will cross expertise in tax credit transactions and tax controversies
July 30, 2008 Los Angeles – Stuart Simon, transactional tax specialist, joined Buchalter Nemer this week, focusing his practice on tax, real estate and tax credit transactions. Simon also practices in the tax controversies area as a lawyer and a CPA and holds advanced degrees in business taxation. Simon will be working with the Tax, Business Practices and Real Estate practice groups on the firm’s varied business transactions including historic rehabilitation and new markets tax credit transactions. He also will assist the Litigation Department in its tax controversies practice.
