Three in Los Angeles and one in San Francisco join the firm's Shareholder rank

March 12, 2008 Los Angeles -  Buchalter Nemer has elected four new Shareholders. In Los Angeles, they are Kalley Aman, Litigation; Hamid Namazie, Bank & Finance and Film Finance; Richard Ormond, Litigation and Intellectual Property; and in San Francisco, Richard Darwin, Litigation.

Kalley R. Aman represents corporate clients and financial institutions in both state and federal courts with extensive experience representing mortgage lenders in class actions and unfair competition laws of California and nationally. Her practice also includes employment and real estate litigation, product liability litigation, contract disputes, and general business litigation.

Hamid R. Namazie specializes in representing banks, hedge funds and other commercial lending institutions with secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions including commercial loans, asset-based loans, commercial and real estate loans, debtor-in-possession financing, post confirmation financing, entertainment/film finance and factoring.

Richard P. Ormond practices intellectual property litigation including patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and trade dress issues, e-discovery, remedies and receivers, and business litigation defending FCRA, FDCPA and TLA consumer cases across the United States.

Richard C. Darwin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, unfair competition, and intellectual property including patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes.
