A free webinar with The Hon. Shira Scheindlin, U.S. District Court
Judge, discussing how courts will view Rule 26, new Rules of Federal
Civil Procedure, discovery issues and how electronic records need to be
handled took place in December. Judge Scheindlin's opinions on
electronic records management in Zubulake v. Warburg LLC have come to be
recognized as case law landmarks.
