Major Changes Are Coming to Minors' Cases New
statewide rules on a complex area of the law known as Minors'
Compromises go into effect in January 2010. Buchalter attorney Harry Chamberlain was involved in the two years of negotiations among the plaintiffs'
bar, defense counsel and judges for the Judicial Council of California.
