Nicole Sahagen and Ryan Staley join the firm’s Shareholder ranks

February 3, 2012. Los Angeles - Buchalter Nemer has elected two new Shareholders to its ranks from the Firm’s growing Real Estate Practice Group. 

Nicole Sahagen has an active real estate leasing and transactions practice representing  institutional and entrepreneurial owners, lenders and developers in  acquisitions, financings, development, leasing and sales of all property types. 

Ryan Staley’s practice is focused on real estate finance and structured equity investments, representing institutional lenders and borrowers in loan originations, workouts and restructurings; tax credit equity investors and sponsors in complex tax credit projects; and conventional equity investors in structuring  and restructuring of real estate joint ventures.
