Elisa Rivas is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group.
Ms. Rivas brings her experience in energy regulatory and administrative litigation before the California Public Utilities Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. With a deep understanding of California’s evolving energy landscape, Ms. Rivas advises on utility general rate cases, regulatory compliance, policy development, and environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
Ms. Rivas earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She earned her B.A. from San Francisco State University.
