Harold E. (Hal) Snow, Jr., is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Seattle office and a member of Buchalter’s Corporate and Tax, Benefits, & Estate Planning practice groups. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Snow is a trusted advisor to families and business owners in the areas of business succession planning, asset protection planning, wealth transfer and transfer tax minimization.

Mr. Snow’s extensive estate planning background includes succession planning for closely held businesses, including the transfer of ownership to the next generation with minimum estate tax cost. He also spends a significant amount of time working with clients who have multi-national planning issues.

Further, Mr. Snow has developed significant experience in Regulated Industries (beer, wine, spirits and cannabis) Corporate Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate and Intellectual Property.  In addition to his practice, he is a frequent speaker and author on estate and business planning topics.

Mr. Snow earned his J.D., cum laude, at Vermont Law School and his LL.M., cum laude, in Taxation at Boston University School of Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science, International Studies from University of Maine.
