Jonathan D. Mahoney focuses his practice on real estate and corporate transactions. In addition to his portfolio of purchase and sale, leasing, and development transactions in the Pacific Northwest, he maintains a nationwide practice representing lenders, developers, borrowers, and investors in the financing and construction of commercial and residential real estate projects. Notably, as a member of Buchalter’s Community Development Financing group, Jonathan routinely counsels institutional lenders and tax credit investors in connection with projects qualifying for low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, solar tax credits, and new markets tax credits.
