Lauren Lee is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Firm’s Orange County office. Her practice maintains a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers from a broad range of industries.
Ms. Lee earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable Renee E. Wilson, the Executive Editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law, participated in Moot Court, and was involved in the Consumer Law Clinic. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
