Nima Shull is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups. Mr. Shull’s practice includes advising and defending employers in litigation and pre-litigation matters. He has experience representing employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. His prior work experience includes representing businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, professional liability, general commercial liability, and insurance coverage matters.

Mr. Shull earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law. He earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California San Diego.

  • Mr. Shull is the Director of the San Diego County Bar Association’s and the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Diversity Fellowship Program (DFP). The DFP’s mission is to increase the number of diverse attorneys practicing law in San Diego County law firms, corporate legal departments, and government and public agencies. The DFP assists these entities in their efforts to recruit talented diverse law students early in their legal careers.
