With over sixteen years of experience, Rebecca has developed a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate transactions. She works with businesses, developers, and investors, providing expert guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters.
Rebecca assists clients with the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential real estate, including office buildings, industrial properties, retail spaces, and vacant land. Her work in purchase and sale agreements is central to her practice, where she drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex agreements, addressing issues such as contingencies, due diligence, title and survey concerns, and closing procedures. Rebecca ensures that her clients are well-prepared and protected throughout every step of the transaction, helping them navigate even the most intricate deal structures.
A significant portion of Rebecca’s practice is dedicated to commercial leasing, where she represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting leases for a variety of uses including retail, office, and industrial. Whether advising on large-scale office leases with complex build-outs or helping a startup secure its first brick-and-mortar location, Rebecca uses her extensive experience to efficiently navigate these often complex matters, ensuring that her clients’ goals are met while safeguarding their interests.
In addition to her work in acquisitions and leasing, Rebecca has substantial experience in zoning, land use, and permitting. She works closely with clients to understand and comply with local zoning laws, secure permits for development projects, and navigate the regulatory landscape. Her expertise ensures that clients can move forward with their projects smoothly and without legal complications.
Known for her practical, solution-oriented approach, Rebecca combines a deep understanding of real estate law with a strong commitment to client service. Her ability to guide clients through complex transactions and provide clear, strategic advice has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate community.
