Ryan D. Staley represents a broad range of real estate clients, with an emphasis on secured lending, real estate investment, and tax credit finance. He is also a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.

Mr. Staley’s experience includes representing commercial lenders and borrowers in loan originations and in workouts and restructurings; tax credit equity investors in various tax credit finance projects and equity investors in the structuring, formation, operation, and restructuring of joint ventures, as well as in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. He also handles substantial matters for various financial institutions including Wells Fargo Bank, City National Bank, and PNC Bank.

 

Mr. Staley earned his J.D. at The University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and his B.S. in Managerial Economics at the University of California, Davis.
