Will Doodokyan is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group.
Will has experience representing clients in a broad range of complex business disputes including commercial and residential real estate litigation, corporate litigation including disputes over corporate governance issues, and in white collar investigations and litigation.
Will graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he earned a concentration in Business and Corporate Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, Will was an Executive Member of the USD Appellate Moot Court Board, where he developed a passion for legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
Will brings a strong foundation in business and corporate law, along with a detailed-oriented approach to effectively serve clients across a wide range of industries.

Mr. Doodokyan earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. He earned his B.A. in History with a minor in Economics and Italian Studies from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
