We are currently seeking an attorney for our U.S./Japanese Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting/reviewing legal documents in both English and Japanese
- Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and key issues of each transaction/case in both English and Japanese
- Conducting research using legislation, guidelines, and other legal texts in both English and Japanese
- Managing projects facilitating the collaboration among professionals from various practice areas
Experience and Required Skills:
- JD or foreign equivalent with LLM degree
- Member in good standing of a Bar Association in the U.S.
- Four years of legal experience in the job offered
- Must be fluent in the English and Japanese languages
Pay Scale: The reasonably expected annual salary for this position is $177,237k. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
