We are currently seeking 8th to 11th year associate/senior counsel candidates to support our Los Angeles Office’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This group focuses primarily on opportunity zones, tax credit equity finance, real estate finance, and taxation of business and real estate transactions. They represent institutional investors, lenders, developers, nonprofit organizations, community development entities, and other participants in projects involving tax equity financing and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, low income housing tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, state tax credits and other alternative financing arrangements. Candidates should also be licensed to practice in California, have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. LL.M in Taxation is highly preferred.
