We are seeking a Corporate / Real Estate Legal Assistant to support our Salt Lake City office. Candidates must have extensive, recent experience working with corporate and real estate documents in a law firm environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to, typing, formatting and redlining corporate and real estate legal documents; preparing closings; document comparison, transcription and proofreading; answering phones; entering attorney time; preparing and distributing client bills; managing calendars, travel arrangements and expense reimbursements along with other general secretarial duties and projects as assigned.
This position requires a professional, organized self-starter with the ability to interact with staff and clients at all levels in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment. A proactive work ethic, the ability to anticipate needs, strong decision making skills, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule are a must.
