  • Represented Fisker Inc. in its up to $350 million at-the-market offering launched in May 2022.
  • Represented 890 5th Avenue Partners, Inc., a special purpose acquisition company, in its $1.5 billion merger with BuzzFeed.
  • Represented Keyarch Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Keywise Capital, in its $100 million initial public offering and full exercise of over-allotment option.
  • Represented Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Genesis Advisors, in its upsized $220 million initial public offering and full exercise of over-allotment option.
