Will Luzader is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Scottsdale office and a member of the Litigation practice group. He represents businesses and individuals in all types of commercial litigation, ranging from routine breach-of-contract matters to ownership disputes to high-stakes commercial-tort claims.
As a former General Counsel for an innovative biotechnology company, Mr. Luzader also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts, including leases, distribution agreements, and various kinds of service and consulting contracts.
