Los Angeles Shareholders Joshua Mizrahi and Eric Kennedy were recognized as two of the “Top Litigators and Trial Lawyers of 2019” by the Los Angeles Business Journal. They have been recognized by this prestigious list due to their “expert comprehension of the legal system.”
Joshua Mizrahi focuses his practice on his defense of employers against claims in a variety of labor and employment law litigation areas, including class actions, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour, and retaliation matters.
Eric Kennedy’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters in two areas: autonomous vehicles and general commercial litigation. He focuses on the legal issues impacting the autonomous vehicle industry, including product liability and regulatory concerns and intellectual property protection. He also has substantial experience litigating commercial matters with an emphasis on class action defense and disputes involving contracts, unfair competition, real estate, fiduciary relationships, false advertising, trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement, and employment issues.
