Nora is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s San Francisco office and a member of the Firm’s Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. With decades of experience in the energy industry, she focuses her practice on electric and natural gas regulatory and administrative litigation, legislative efforts, and end-use contractual transactions. Nora is committed to ensuring that clean energy solutions are accessible to large end-users, helping to mitigate the high cost of California power on manufacturers and to prevent carbon emissions leakage by supporting in-state manufacturing.
Through her work, Nora represents large power customers and clean power stakeholders, influences California’s energy policy debates, and advocates for clean energy initiatives and large end-user ratepayer interests.
