First Financial Corporate Services, a computer and technology financier, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by the American subsidiary of JA Mitsui Leasing, an international entity with $10B in operating assets. JA Mitsui Leasing issued a press release on June 13, 2019 announcing the transaction. Buchalter served as counsel to First Financial Corporate Services.
