Buchalter represented Bed, Bath & Beyond, Inc. on the sale of a prime, 1.64 acre mixed-use development site in West Los Angeles, California. The transaction closed on September 18. The buyer was a California limited partnership.
The site has 154 feet of frontage on Olympic Boulevard and includes a vacant 66,700 sq. ft. retail building that was formerly occupied by Bed, Bath & Beyond and Sports Chalet. The site is within walking distance of the Bundy Station on the Metro Expo Line and is located within the Exposition Transit Corridor Neighborhood Zoning Plan, which was recently approved by the Los Angeles City Council.
