In furtherance of its dedication to diversity and inclusion, Buchalter is proud to announce its commitment to challenging parameters for the recently launched Mansfield Rule 6.0 certification process. The 6.0 version requires law firms to consider at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers from four groups – women, racial and ethnic, LGBTQ+, and lawyers with disabilities – when appointing to leadership roles and promoting into the equity partnership, among a dozen additional activities focusing on the path to leadership.
