On April 6, 2018, Heritage Commerce Corp officially completed its merger of its wholly-owned bank subsidiary Heritage Bank of Commerce with Tri-Valley Bank (“Tri-Valley”). Heritage Bank of Commerce is a premier community business bank in Silicon Valley, California that provides a range of commercial banking services and with the addition of Tri-Valley, Heritage will operate through 13 full service branch offices.
