On July 10 in Washington, DC, Michael Flynn of Buchalter will represent the American College of Mortgage Attorneys at the US Treasury Department’s Roundtable discussing the title insurance industry and potential reforms. The Roundtable is a part of the Administration’s review of possible ways to reduce the costs of homeownership. ACMA, of which several Buchalter attorneys are Fellows, is comprised of 500 lawyers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico who are recognized expert practitioners in mortgage law.
