Buchalter’s Shareholder Robert S. Cooper has been appointed as a Parklands Commisson Committee Member for the City of Palos Verdes Estates by the City Council, for a two year term. The Parklands Committee “reviews and makes recommendations on resident’s applications for rights-of-way and parkland planting, tree removal, pruning and maintenance as well as changes to the Parklands. The Committee and the City Forester advise residents concerning designated street trees, tree management procedures, and rights-of-way planting.”
