Given the ongoing developments with the Coronavirus outbreak, we want to provide you with simple procedures to monitor the situation and to establish protocols that will give your employees comfort that their health and productivity is a top priority for your company.

As a business law firm that represents so many employers, we are closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization to advise our clients how to practice proper safety and health precautions in the workplace.

As a courtesy, we are providing you with the following CDC guidelines on practicing proper hygiene etiquette, which you will find in the links below. This includes washing hands thoroughly with soap and water, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home if you are sick and until you are fully recovered from symptoms.

We also recommend that you stock each office or employee work-station with disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer and ask that everyone please use these as needed for hygiene and to keep their work space clean.

If you have any employees, clients or guests who may been affected by travel restrictions or unknowingly exposed to the virus, those meetings must be done by phone or video conference and not in the office.

Below are links to guidance and useful information about Coronavirus and how you can protect yourselves and your employees during this time.
