LONDON — AIDS Healthcare Foundation, a nonprofit U.S. group, filed suit Monday against the U.S. arm of GlaxoSmithKline PLC, alleging that several patents for its AIDS drugs are invalid and that it has abused a monopoly in pricing those drugs.
