George Bernard Shaw famously described the U.S. and Britain as “two nations divided by a common language.” The same might be said of two types of professionals notorious for impenetrable jargon: lawyers and technologists.
Yet when a company faces major litigation involving complex technology, these different groups must learn to work together in order to investigate facts, formulate strategy and develop compelling presentations to judges, juries and arbitrators.
