Shareholder Jon Olafson joined the Colorado Women’s Bar Association Virtual Leadership Cafe titled “On What Grounds?” focusing on allyship in November 2022.
Mr. Olafson led the discussion and facilitated an engaging and interactive session on recognizing and addressing personal biases, understanding how harmful biases can be, embracing discomfort, listening with an open mind, showing respect, and knowing when to use our voices to support marginalized communities.
