Shareholder Jonathon Talcott is scheduled to participate in a CenterForce panel at both the IP Strategy Summit as well as the AI Governance & Strategy Summit in Seattle on April 9, 2025.
The AI Governance & Strategy panel takes place at 11:55 AM. Participants will examine the evolving landscape of copyright law in AI-generated content, including authorship, ownership, and copyright protection challenges. Discussion will also cover fair use in the digital era and global copyright issues in AI-driven creation.
The IP Strategy Summit panel occurs at 12:40 PM. Mr. Talcott and his fellow panelists will discuss strategies for preventing breaches, effective approaches to proving misappropriation in court, methods for safeguarding trade secrets during legal proceedings, and the challenges posed by employee turnover, including managing situations where former employees retain access to confidential information.
