Michael Flynn will speak on the “Multifamily Lending: a Commercial Business, But Consumer Law Issues” panel at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Annual Meeting and will speak to the Banking Law Committee about the application of the Hoe Mortgage Disclosure Act to multifamily lenders.
