This newly developed 2-hour interactive program is designed for new practitioners in attachment law and for those who want to refresh and sharpen their knowledge and skills for obtaining this highly effective pre-judgment remedy. Learn how to freeze and preserve assets for judgment satisfaction at the outset of your case—and even to effect settlement right away! Participants will be divided into groups, each with a group leader, and will be given sets of attachment forms and pleadings to review and issue spot. A discussion will follow on the common pitfalls and issues involved with preparing attachment forms and pleadings, designed to enhance your skills in this important practice area of commercial law.
