Richard Ormond, Visiting Professor at Loyola Law School

Richard Ormond will be a visiting professor at Loyola Law School teaching Cannabis Business Law. His class will be exploring the complexities of this new practice area, legal considerations and pitfalls as well as corporate governance, tax considerations and secured transactions narrowly tailored for this new industry. Mr. Ormond will be teaching in the upcoming Spring 2020 Semester.
