Last June, the United States Supreme Court issued its decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, ruling that there is a fundamental constitutional right to same-sex marriage. Shortly thereafter we convened a panel of experts to discuss how this decision will impact religious institutions. After numerous requests for more information on this subject, we are conducting another webinar to address issues that have arisen since last June.
In this 90 minute webinar, in an interactive manner, our expert panelists will provide guidance as to how the Obergefell ruling will impact religious institutions. The panel will take questions from participants.
