Christina Morgan is Of Counsel in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation and Privacy & Cybersecurity practice groups. Ms. Morgan is a seasoned litigator with more than a decade of experience representing businesses, employers, franchisors and franchisees, insurance companies, public entities, and licensed professionals in matters across Arizona and California. She has handled a wide variety of cases, including contractual disputes, negligence, fraud, defamation, real estate disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and appeals. Time and again, she has proven herself a skilled negotiator who obtains positive outcomes for her clients.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Morgan is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. She is well-versed in federal, state, and international privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Ms. Morgan routinely conducts privacy reviews for private sector clientele, counsels clients on privacy compliance, and drafts privacy policies. From her time as an in-house corporate attorney, Ms. Morgan is also experienced in drafting and negotiating data processing agreements.

Ms. Morgan earned her J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. She earned her B.A. in Spanish and B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University.
