Eric Wilhelm is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group in the Firm’s Scottsdale office. Mr. Wilhelm’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including industrial, office and retail leasing, real property sales, acquisitions and development and secured financing. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wilhelm served as Senior Counsel, Real Estate, for PetSmart, Inc., where he provided a pragmatic, business-minded approach toward issue resolution and risk mitigation for the internal clients he served. Mr. Wilhelm is committed to creatively structuring contracts in a manner that compels agreement between all affected parties.
Additionally, Mr. Wilhelm has received recognition for the Best Lawyers in America, Real Estate Law, in 2023 – 2025.

He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in Finance.
