Preceding his retirement in 2023, Paul M. Weiser was a shareholder in the firm’s Scottsdale office. He focused his practice on commercial landlord/tenant matters, including the drafting, interpreting and enforcing of leases and amendments related to office, retail, medical and industrial properties, real estate brokerage issues, construction claims/defenses, and creditors’ rights/debt collection. He also provided advice and counsel to clients on the day-to-day operation of their businesses.

Mr. Weiser, who was AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell, was a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona State Bar Association and the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Phoenix, where he served as President in 1999. Mr. Weiser has been recognized by Arizona Business Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Construction and Real Estate Law. He was also selected as one of the “People to Know in Commercial Real Estate”  and one of the “Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona” by AZ Big Media from 2019-2022. In addition, Mr. Weiser has been recognized in the Best Lawyers of America, Real Estate Law, for 2024 & 2025.

Mr. Weiser received his B.A. in Economics from The State University of New York at Binghamton in 1978. He earned his J.D. in 1981 from Boston University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Harold M. Linsky Award in Professional Responsibility.
